Projects typically range in size from 10,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet and cost between $1,000,000 and $25,000,000. The CEEP philosophy involves developing or acquiring highly targeted projects based upon a combination of demographics, location, customer needs, process and market trends. Every project must have a "story" of some sort - that is to say that there must be a well-thought statement of value that CEEP, through its expertise can deliver. Further, the company is successful on delivering high quality real estate investments as a result of assembling a team of professional firms that provide legal, architectural, engineering, construction, financing, leasing, brokerage, management and appraisal services. This team then repeats its performance project after project creating continuity and efficiencies for the benefit of all parties.
