formed in 1969, was engaged in commercial leasing, brokerage
and property management until 2005. In September 2005, the
commercial services business unit was sold enabling the principals
to focus their efforts on multi-family management, commercial
and multi-family development, construction and tax credit
syndication. CERES coordinates the following services for
its affiliates:

A management
