Jeff Beckham

Prior to joining Cohen-Esrey, Jeff Beckham served as president of BPC Motorcycles. With both a retail and production parts background, marketing and business development quickly became acquired skills. He also was the owner and operator of Orchard Manor Apartments in Independence, Missouri, a three-year investment and rehabilitation project. There, Beckham learned many of the skills he uses in his current position as a Development Partner with Cohen-Esrey.

His responsibilities include:

• -Identifying development opportunities for affordable housing
• -Finding the funding for developments and developing overall financial plan
• -Coordinating development team including contractors, architects, attorneys, local officials, lenders and property managers
• -Overseeing the marketing and leasing of developed properties

Beckham graduated from Graceland University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science. He holds a real estate license in Kansas.
