Susie Hagen joined the Cohen-Esrey Team in early 2008 as Corporate Controller.
As Controller, she oversees the financial operations for all corporate business units and profit centers. Ms. Hagen also manages payroll, annual budgeting and forecasting, as well as developing polices and procedures for the overall corporate infrastructure.
Ms. Hagen brings over 16 years of experience with a diverse background in management consulting, finance and operational strategy, technology and financial analysis; and has a successful track record as a leader, manager, and team player. Additionally, she has proven entrepreneurial skills working in large organizations with financial positions of increasing responsibility, including Sprint & Hallmark Cards, as well as start up companies.
Ms Hagen graduated from Park University with her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.
