Cohen-Esrey Equity Partners, LLC (CEEP), can help bridge the gap between the mountain of choices available and the appropriate decisions it takes to get a project up and running.  We are a development and investment company pursuing the following types of projects:

We focus our efforts primarily in the Kansas City region, but may acquire and develop in a number of states on a program basis. Investment objectives include both current income and capital appreciation. Projects typically range from 10,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet and cost between $1,000,000 and $25,000,000.

 

The CEEP philosophy involves developing or acquiring highly targeted projects based upon a combination of demographics, location, customer needs, process, and market trends. Every project must have a "story" of some sort - that is, there must be a well-expressed statement of value that CEEP, through its expertise, can deliver.
