Cohen-Esrey Medical Properties, LLC (CEMP), develops and manages medical office buildings, urgent care centers, clinics and non-hospital-related medical facilities in Missouri and Kansas. We also provide build-to-suit options. With our sister company, Construction Technologies, LLC, we identify tenant improvement and renovation opportunities. Finally, CEMP contracts with another of the Cohen-Esrey affiliates, Service Technologies, LLC, to provide physical maintenance and repair services that otherwise would be outsourced to a third-party contractor. All of these services combined result in cost-savings and continuity to all of our endeavors.
