CEMP principals have been involved in a wide-range of medical facilities comprising 15 properties totaling 1,276,000 square feet. These medical properties have ranged in size from as small as 7,500 square feet to as large as 500,000 square feet. Most recently, we completed a 42,000 square foot medical office building in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, approximately one block from St. Luke’s East Hospital.
