Medical Development and Management Program

Cohen-Esrey Medical Properties, LLC, is targeting the following projects:

 

Management – Medical Office Buildings

 

CEMP will manage medical office buildings of 20,000 square feet or more in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Buildings may be multi-tenanted or owner-occupied. CEMP will team with a leasing and brokerage firm that has experience in leasing medical office space.

 

 

Development – Medical Office Buildings

 

CEMP will develop medical office buildings of 10,000 square feet or more on a build-to-suit basis anywhere in the Midwest. These buildings may be owner-occupied with additional space that is available for lease, or solely occupied by the building owner. Our affiliate, Construction Technologies, LLC, oversees construction of the building and interior improvements.

 

 

Development – Urgent Care Centers

 

Urgent care centers will be developed on a build-to-suit basis anywhere in the Midwest. The prototype size ranges from 8,000 square feet and larger. CEMP will also acquire existing buildings and convert them for urgent care utilization, if they are properly adaptable. Our affiliate, Construction Technologies, LLC, oversees construction of the building and interior improvements.

 

 

Development – Rural Clinics

 

CEMP will develop small clinic facilities in rural Midwestern areas and lease them on a long-term basis to city/county governments or regional hospitals that will staff them. Prototypes will range from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, which are ideal for attracting physicians to the area. Particular focus will be given to locating rural clinics on the first floor of historic buildings being developed for senior housing by Cohen-Esrey Affordable Partners, LLC. Our affiliate, Construction Technologies, LLC, oversees construction of the facility and interior improvements. The lessee will be required to provide the necessary equipment for the facility.
