Core Value Teams
In keeping with our core values of Team Member Fulfillment and Community Impact, Cohen-Esrey has established two core value teams, where participation is entirely optional, and both teams are managed by our team members themselves.
The Fun Team
The Fun Team is a group of team members that are dedicated to creating a fun and engaging work environment. The team plans and executes a diverse array of events, including our COO donning an ice cream cone costume to distribute refreshing treats during ice cream cart days, an annual picnic in the park, potlucks, seasonal games and contests, and a variety of other activities scheduled throughout the year.
The Community Impact Team
The Community Impact Team fosters lasting positive change beyond business in the communities and neighborhoods where we live and work. This is done through various initiatives, like backpack and school supply drives, food drives, and the facilitation of ongoing engagement in community service events with local non-profit organizations.
