In keeping with our core values of Team Member Fulfillment and Community Impact, Cohen-Esrey has established two core value teams, where participation is entirely optional, and both teams are managed by our team members themselves.
The Fun Team
The Fun Team is a group of team members that are dedicated to creating a fun and engaging work environment. The team plans and executes a diverse array of events, including our COO donning an ice cream cone costume to distribute refreshing treats during ice cream cart days, an annual picnic in the park, potlucks, seasonal games and contests, and a variety of other activities scheduled throughout the year.
The Community Impact Team
The Community Impact Team fosters lasting positive change beyond business in the communities and neighborhoods where we live and work. This is done through various initiatives, like backpack and school supply drives, food drives, and the facilitation of ongoing engagement in community service events with local non-profit organizations.

OASYS: The OASYS stands for: Operational
Alignment System. The OASYS is loaded with details and instructions on how to
operate apartment communities the "Cohen-Esrey Way". It is web-based, mobile-friendly,
and searchable. The OASYS is also highly integrated, which means that
for every topic, the OASYS links together associated forms, job aids,
checklists, roleplay scripts, and training into a one-stop-shop.
KNET: KNET or Knowledge Net provides information
on property KPIs and has several custom reports designed to help property team
understand how various aspects of their properties are performing.
CEDG Projects
As the development unit for Cohen-Esrey, the Cohen-Esrey Development Group (CEDG) focuses on developing affordable workforce and senior multifamily housing throughout the nation.
IIM
iiM (Innovation in Motion) is a funding platform for early-stage companies bringing innovation and disruption to the agriculture, energy, animal health, and human health sectors.
